We have developed a unique process that allows us to regenerate any type of lead-acid battery (gel, wet, AGM, solar, etc.) and restore up to 95% of its original capacity.To put it simply, we run high and low voltage electrical impulses controlled by an algorithm that breaks through the sulfur crystals and allows the battery to charge up again.
During regeneration we do not break the battery, the battery is intact we just work on the chemical level and revive it using our process technology-which then accounts for a series of other steps that are avoided thereby reducing further GHG emissions.
We’ve revived over 10,500 batteries around the world where others have failed. We are also able to perform this procedure on-site, eliminating the need to transport the affected system or swap it out directly with a battery we regenerate, so there is no disruption in performance.
